Shipping

• We strive to ship your order the same day you place it.
• We ship every order with a tracking number using USPS. Delivery commitments are 1-8 days if shipping within the US, and 1-3 weeks for international orders.
• Shipping cost depends on your items weight and destination. Our system will automatically detect your country and calculate shipping costs while placing items in your shopping cart.
• We will not be held responsible for unreceived items that has been delivered.

Returns

If you were to receive a defective product, we will offer you a full refund including shipping costs, or a replacement of the defective product at no additional charge.

We can not accept returns on non-defective products at this moment.

Cancellation of an order can be made as long the order has not yet been shipped. No returns are accepted unless you've contacted us first about your problem.

Tax

A 9.25% tax rate will be added to all orders shipped to the State of California.
